Returns & Exchanges

Are you not satisfied with the product, does it not work or does it not fit? Then you can always return the product to us within 30 days after the invoice date.

If you have received a defective product or you have received the wrong item, first contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone.

If you return the product to us, please ensure that you pack the product securely and that all included accessories are included. You can download the return form here. You print this out and join the return shipment. If you do not have a printer at your disposal, add a form yourself on which you clearly enter your name and address, as well as your order and invoice number. Do not forget to state your bank details if you still have money from our credit.

The costs for returning are for you, unless you have to send back a product that we have delivered incorrect or defective. We will then refund the costs incurred to you in accordance with the PostNL rate.

Once we have processed your return shipment, we will refund you within 1 week. Is the amount not yet in your account after 2 weeks? Then contact our customer service.

The return materials authorization (RMA) or order number is the reference number for your return. We include the RMA order number in the email confirmation sent to you. You must clearly label all returns with the RMA number so they are identifiable.

All Seattex products are subject to a 3 year limited warranty. If your product is damaged or broken due to productionfaults we will replace the Seattex for FREE
